Came rolled up on cardboard pole. When I unrolled it I put my heavy furniture to get the wrinkles out and now it lays flat. It didn’t take much for them to come out. The thickness is great. It worked for the price. And the delivery through Rugknots, two days for it to arrive. Will most likely order another one in a different color.
I bought this rug to cover up some stains that just will not come out of our light-colored rug and I love it! it's super stylish and soft. It gives the room a good look.

The rug did have a few curls on the edges when I opened it, which is to be expected. After a few days, the rug now lays flat and doesn’t have any odor to it.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Return Shipping
Upon your request to return your rug, we will email or fax you a return shipping label. You will be required to effectively wrap your rug in a similar manner as when it was shipped to you. The entire rug must be covered by packaging material (we do not provide this) to ensure that it will not get damaged during shipment back to us. You will then need to take the rug to a local shipping center so it can be delivered back to us.
