It was worth the money. Yes, it is very thick, and for the amount I spent on it, it will serve more than its purpose! I would 100% recommend this rug!
The rug looks nice and the packaging was also good. I had to treat some dirt stains and it cleans easily. But, I’m really happy that I bought it for such a low price.

I bought this for a high traffic dining room. The color is exactly like the photo and it’s very soft. You’ll not need a mat underneath as the rug doesn't slide... even with a dining room table on top. I’ve had it for about a month now. I’d probably buy it again.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Return Shipping
Upon your request to return your rug, we will email or fax you a return shipping label. You will be required to effectively wrap your rug in a similar manner as when it was shipped to you. The entire rug must be covered by packaging material (we do not provide this) to ensure that it will not get damaged during shipment back to us. You will then need to take the rug to a local shipping center so it can be delivered back to us.
