To insure a proper credit, please contact RugKnots Customer Care toll-free at 240-452-4602. We will be happy to assist you, address your needs and provide you an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Number, along with a return shipping label. All returned products must be unused (e.g. Items cannot be worn, washed, damaged or altered. All returns must be sent back with the packing slip included in your original order.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Refunds (if applicable) Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Return Shipping Upon your request to return your rug, we will email or fax you a return shipping label. You will be required to effectively wrap your rug in a similar manner as when it was shipped to you. The entire rug must be covered by packaging material (we do not provide this) to ensure that it will not get damaged during shipment back to us. You will then need to take the rug to a local shipping center so it can be delivered back to us.
