Shipping policy

Where We Ship

  • We currently ship within the United States only.

  • International shipping is not available at this time.


Shipping Costs

  • Free shipping is available on all orders within the U.S.

  • Promotional items may incur separate shipping charges.

  • Orders shipped outside of the U.S. (if applicable in the future) may include additional fees such as customs duties, taxes, and brokerage charges.


Shipping Methods & Timeframes

  • Orders are shipped via FedEx or UPS.

  • Once dispatched, most packages arrive within 3–5 business days.

  • After your order is processed, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this to monitor your package and check estimated delivery dates.


Freight Shipments

  • Some large rugs may ship via freight carrier.

  • You will receive a Bill of Lading or PRO number for tracking.

  • The carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment. Deliveries are made to the curbside of your provided address.

  • Please inspect your shipment upon delivery:

    • If packaging shows visible damage, open and inspect the rug with the driver present.

    • Note any damages clearly on both your copy and the carrier’s delivery receipt.

    • If the rug appears damaged beyond repair, refuse delivery and contact RugKnots Customer Support immediately.


Order Tracking

  • Tracking information will be provided in your shipping confirmation email.

  • You can check your package status at any time through the carrier’s tracking system.


Delivery Inspection & Responsibility

  • Customers are responsible for carefully inspecting all deliveries.

  • Damaged, missing, or incorrect items must be reported to RugKnots Customer Support promptly for resolution.
