If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse any orders placed at the incorrect price.
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities.

By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase products subject to these Terms. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. Your order is confirmed when you receive an order confirmation email. Payment must be made at the time of purchase. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods listed at checkout. All payments are processed securely through our payment providers.
6. Shipping
We offer free shipping on orders within the contiguous United States. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed. 7. Returns & Refunds
We offer free 30-day returns with no restocking fees on most items. To be eligible, rugs must be in their original condition. Custom orders and final-sale items may not be eligible for return. See our full Returns Policy for complete details.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site — including text, images, graphics, logos, product photos, and software — is the property of RugKnots or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, or commercially exploit any content without our prior written permission.
The RugKnots name and logo are registered trademarks. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
9. User-Generated Content
If you submit reviews, comments, photos, or other content to our Site, you grant RugKnots a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, and display that content in connection with our business. You represent that you own or have the right to submit such content and that it does not violate any third-party rights.
