We allow you to keep the rug for 30-Days. During this time, if for some reason you want to return the item, you can. If the returned item is damaged, is without a return authorization number, or returned thirty days after the issuance of return authorization number, we will refuse it.
Do I need to wrap my rug for return?.
It is essential to ensure proper wrapping of your rug return to facilitate its shipment back to our processing center via FedEx.
Here are some suggestions provided by our customers regarding materials that can be used for wrapping your rug return:
The original packaging (if the rug has not been removed from it)
A transparent shower liner
Plastic paint drop cloths
Other sturdy plastic materials
Please remember to either cover or remove any previous shipping labels if you opt to use the original packaging.

What do I do after I start my return?
After initiating your return, please follow the steps outlined below:
Print the label: FedEx will send you a link to your return label. You can print it using your preferred method. Unfortunately, we are unable to print return labels on behalf of our customers.
Re-wrap your item if necessary: For secure shipping, please wrap your item(s) securely in the original packaging or use a similarly protective plastic wrapping. Loose or unpackaged items cannot be shipped by FedEx.
Label your return: You have two options for labeling your return:
a. Place the label inside a FedEx Shipping Pouch (available at your FedEx drop-off location) and attach the pouch to your return.
b. Use clear plastic shipping tape to securely attach the folded label directly onto your wrapped item. Ensure the entire label is covered with tape for a secure attachment.
Remove any other tracking labels: To avoid confusion, ensure that no other tracking labels are attached to your package. You can either cross out the old label or cover it with the new one.
Drop off your package: You can conveniently drop off your package at any FedEx Office, FedEx Ship Center, FedEx Alliances (such as Office Depot or OfficeMax), or a FedEx Authorized Shipping Outlet near your location.
