What is RugKnot’s Return Policy? 

We offer a 30-Day satisfaction guarantee. During this time, if for some reason you want to return the item, you can. If the returned item is damaged, is without a return authorization number, or returned thirty days after the issuance of return authorization number, we will refuse it. If the merchandise is damaged or soiled due to improper packaging during return, we will not accept such merchandise. All the items must be repackaged in the original packaging wrap. Or at least in equivalent packing materials.

FREE Return Policy Details:

All returned products must be unused and in the same condition that you received them (e.g., Items cannot be worn, washed, damaged, or altered).

      • All returns must be sent back with the packing slip included in your original order.
      • Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.  

Which items cannot be returned? 

      • Damaged items
      • Washed items
      • Items without Return Authorization Number
      • Clearance items
      • Custom items

Note on color:

We try our best to show you the exact same color in the digital images as the actual color of the rug. However, the computer monitors might show the color  of the rug slightly differently on your screen. In such cases, we are not to be held responsible.  

Procedure Of The Return:

      • Briefly describe the issue and email it to us at info@Rugknots.com. Also, send us a picture of the damaged spot as well.
      • When returning the rug, you will need to properly fold and wrap the rug in protective packaging so it can guarantee a safe arrival to our warehouse.
      • Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
      • We will also notify you of the approval of your refund - subject to the rug being unused and in the same condition that you received it.
      • Once approved, we will process your return and credit it to your credit card or original method of payment.

Inform RugKnots Immediately If The Item You Receive Is Damaged:

If the merchandise is soiled or damaged due to mismanagement by the courier service, we advise you to immediately contact our Customer Service Department or call us at (301) 660-7046‬ to speak to our Customer Service Representative. 

Note: Shedding of a Rug is a natural thing and it is not a manufacturing fault. So, it will not be included in the category of a damaged product.

What To do In Case Of Late Or Missing Refunds?

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

      • Contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
      • Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
      • If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@Rugknots.com.

 Please note that we do not provide services to pick up the rug from your home. Larger rugs are very heavy, and you will likely need help properly wrapping and transporting the rug to your local FedEx facility if you wish to return the rug. Any damage caused to the rug during the return traveling is subject to be under your ownership, and we will not be able to give you a full refund.

Our goal at RugKnots is complete customer satisfaction. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can send your rug back to our factory within 30 days of your purchase.
