This rug arrived VERY quickly. It is good quality, and the colours are beautiful. It is soft to walk on with bare feet and stays put nicely on my wood floors. I highly recommend this product.
Beautiful tight weave rug. I got a tan border, and it is a lovely contrast. The rug did have hay-like smell right out of the package, but that is expected with a natural fiber rug. I like that it has a rubber backing. It helps keep it in place in my hallway. It is just the right height for my door to glide over in the hall.

I was aware a reed mat is not particularly sturdy or easy to clean, but I felt it was perfect visually for my computer area. My computer stool sits on it so that my wood floor is protected. This rug has a GOOD NON-SLIP bottom. It also has a FRESH SCENT like a meadow or prairie. When it is compressed, by rolling or walking, the scent is stronger. Wonderful scent. So, I recommend it. It lies FLAT very well. I put 5 stars because I feel it is something perfect in such a reasonable amount of money. I'm getting the great big one for one area of my great room.

Return Shipping
Upon your request to return your rug, we will email or fax you a return shipping label. You will be required to effectively wrap your rug in a similar manner as when it was shipped to you. The entire rug must be covered by packaging material (we do not provide this) to ensure that it will not get damaged during shipment back to us. You will then need to take the rug to a local shipping center so it can be delivered back to us.
