It is the BEST quality rug. It doesn’t pull, which is nice, it’s sturdy, and the threads are of quality. The rug in her room which is twice the size and three times the price is super plush and super soft. THIS one does that which I’m pleased with, especially having three dogs. After sitting on the floor a while, it softened up and is comfy enough to lounge on with my daughter. Synthetic fibers, synthetic feel, but worth it, in my opinion. I think if I spent more time looking at it. I would order it again.

All returned products must be unused (e.g. Items cannot be worn, washed, damaged or altered.
All returns must be sent back with the packing slip included in your original order.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Return Shipping
Upon your request to return your rug, we will email or fax you a return shipping label. You will be required to effectively wrap your rug in a similar manner as when it was shipped to you. The entire rug must be covered by packaging material (we do not provide this) to ensure that it will not get damaged during shipment back to us. You will then need to take the rug to a local shipping center so it can be delivered back to us.
