Our goal at RugKnots is customer satisfaction. If you’re not satisfied for any reason at all, just send your rug back for an exchange or return within 30 days of your purchase! We cover shipping BACK to our warehouse and honor 100% money back guarantee.

To insure a proper credit, please contact RugKnots Customer Care toll-free at 240-452-4602. We will be happy to assist you, address your needs and provide you an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Number, along with a return shipping label.
All returned products must be unused (e.g. Items cannot be worn, washed, damaged or altered.
All returns must be sent back with the packing slip included in your original order.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Return Shipping
Upon your request to return your rug, we will email or fax you a return shipping label. You will be required to effectively wrap your rug in a similar manner as when it was shipped to you. The entire rug must be covered by packaging material (we do not provide this) to ensure that it will not get damaged during shipment back to us. You will then need to take the rug to a local shipping center so it can be delivered back to us.
